Foundry Shop The facility has an area of 1700 square meters. The capacity of the facility is capable of producing 120 tons of liquid metal per month. The casting process primarily involves two methods: centrifugal casting and shell mold casting. The facility's casting capacity covers a wide range of sizes, accommodating diameters ranging from 90 mm to 1200 mm. Additionally, the facility can produce single pieces weighing between 10 kgs. to 300 kgs., indicating the ability to handle both smaller and larger castings.

We offer a range of materials to meet diverse needs, including lead brass alloys, aluminum bronze alloys, nickel brass alloys, copper alloys, and customized solutions. Our materials provide excellent properties such as machinability, corrosion resistance, strength, and conductivity. With our comprehensive selection, we cater to various industries and specific customer requirements.
Machine workshop
Our machine workshop is equipped with advanced equipment to handle a wide range of projects efficiently. We have 10 CNC turning centers, 4 VMC milling centers with 5-axis capabilities, 5 fully automated sprocket milling centers, 4 vibro finishing machines, 1 automatic washing machine, and 1 shot blasting machine. With a size range of 10mm to 600mm, we have a high production capacity of 120,000 pieces per month. These state-of-the-art machines allow us to deliver precise and high-quality results for our customers' machining needs.
