The use of a quality control system is integrated into every phase of manufacturing. The buying section makes sure that the raw materials are of a good calibre. Additionally, the raw materials must pass quality inspections. The finished processed items must then go through the entire process of quality measurement once the production process has been examined and authorized, which includes visual inspection.

The aim of N J Enterprise's Quality Control System (QCS), a well-designed system with ongoing upgrades, is a zero percent defect-free approach. The staff in charge of quality control is also competent to manage the procedure.

Automation testing now plays a significant role in our production facilities. This helps by quickening input and quickening results. We use measurement equipment that is highly accurate and precise.
